    Description

    NGC 1999-P New Jersey quarter obverse die cap, and double-struck with the 2nd strike 97% off-center. The die cap has a high cap wall around half the coin, and low on the other half.
    State quarter die caps that are showing the "state side" are rare, and hard to find. This coin is also in nice condition, with a high grade and pleasing surfaces.
