This pin was issued on September 20-22, 2002 at Walt Disney World at the Search for Imagination Pin Event at Epcot as a limited edition of 1500 pins.It is Artist Choice #4 pin designed by Randy Noble from Disney Design Group.  It features Pluto with his legs in a spring which wiggles back and forth. The bottom of the spring is attached to the base of the pin which has the traditional artist choice paint brush and pencil design with "Disney Artist Choice" printed on it.  The pin is retired, rare, sold out, & hard to find.  Hard enamel on metal. This pin is new on the original card. Has been in storage on original card and never displayed.
